Jimmy Crowe of Covington, passed away December 27, 2010, at the age of 54. Jimmy worked for Sound Foundations, in Conyers, for 20 years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, and will be greatly missed by all his family. He was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Wayne Crowe, Jr.; his parents, Mack and Sara Jo (Gilstrap) Crowe; and his mother-in-law, Betty Goldman. Survivors include his wife, Jana Crowe; daughter and son-in-law, Joy (Crowe) and Doug Burke; grandchildren, Tristen Wayne Burke, Chloe Sonnier Burke, all of Covington; sisters, Joanne Talley of Mansfield, Judy McFalls of Covington; brothers, Johnny Crowe of Conyers, Jerry Crowe of Mansfield, Larry Crowe of Hoschton; father-in-law, Bennie Goldman of Covington; and sister-in-law, Debra Brown of Covington. Funeral Services for Jimmy will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Pastor Kenneth Morrell officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, December 29, from 6-9 PM.
