Growing up in a christian environment, Eugene joined Knox Chapel Baptist Church at an early age. He was a devoted member of the Knox Chapel Power of Praise and later joined the KCBC Senior/ Mass Choir. He loved his Pastor, First family and his entire church family.
" Lil Gene" was one of a kind; he was a dedicated son, brother and uncle. He has an amazing personality. He was kind hearted, outgoing and very friendly. He never met a stranger. He was passionate about his work and he enjoyed attending and participating in hair shows with his fellow designers and hair stylists. He loved cooking, singing, hosting parties and spending time with friends and family. To know Gene was to love Gene. From the way he walked to the way that he talked, he was unique. He took pride in his attire and he was sure to be the center of attention where ever he went. Gene was truly a show stopper.
