Cathy Gaynor, of Mansfield, passed away November 8, 2016. She was born in Howard to the late Mack Author and Cordell Whiters on July 6, 1954. Cathy Gaynor leaves to cherish her husband of 22 years, Sam Gaynor; daughter, Wanda; son, Orlando; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a countless number of friends.

The funeral service is at Mount Patmos Baptist Church, 2199 Candler Road, Decatur, on November 14, 2016, at 11 a.m. Viewing is November 13, 2016, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Raleigh Rucker Funeral Home.
