Superior Court Judge Horace J. Johnson, Jr. will serve on Monday in place of Supreme Court Justice David Nahmias to hear the appeal in Brown et al. v. Pounds et al. (S10G1343) and McGinnis et al. v. Pounds et al. (S10G1345).

The high-profile case involves an appeal filed by the president and directors of the Cobb Electric Membership Corporation of a ruling by the Georgia Court of Appeals. In addition to hearing arguments, Judge Johnson will participate in the Court’s decision.
