ATLANTA (AP) — Police say a man sitting inside his South Fulton County home has died after a stray bullet from a shootout came through the wall.

WSB-TV (http://bit.ly/1Qt8Y5z ) reports the shooting happened Thursday night at the apartment complex in College Park.

Authorities say the man in his 50s was inside his apartment watching TV when a stray bullet came through the wall and struck him.

He was pronounced dead on the scene.

College Park police found several cars with bullet holes in the parking lot nearby. Investigators believe the incident could have been a drive-by shooting.

Detectives say they are now searching for multiple shooters.

Police are interviewing witnesses and a person of interest.
