LAGRANGE, Ga. (AP) — Sheriff's officials say a man being sought after five people were found slain inside a west Georgia home is now considered a murder suspect.

The LaGrange Daily News reports that the five bodies were found after 10 p.m. Saturday.

Troup County Sheriff James Woodruff said four of the victims were family members, and the fifth was a friend who recently moved into the home. They were identified as 16-year-old Bailey Burtron; 18-year-old Iiaonna Green; 33-year-old Christie Lee; 69-year-old William Burtron; and 68-year-old Sheila Burtron.

The home is about 80 miles southwest of Atlanta, just east of the Alabama state line.

Investigators earlier called the 26-year-old man a "person of interest," but late Sunday said he's now a murder suspect. They say he may be driving an olive green Mazda Tribute.
