ATLANTA (AP) — Roadwork in Lowndes County will force lane closures on Interstate 75 next week.

The Georgia Department of Transportation said the closures are expected 8 p.m. on April 14 and 3 a.m. on April 15.

Crews will be taking core samples at spots along the interstate from the inside lane closest to the barrier wall and the middle lane.
