A former couple was issued citations Saturday morning after a loud fight over a former elicit relationship disturbed neighbors in her apartment complex.

According to reports from the Covington Police Department, officers arrived at the apartment and could hear from outside the sound of the couple screaming loudly. The woman was telling the man to get out and the man was telling her to be quiet - both using much more colorful language.

Officers knocked on the door and 18-year-old Justin Waters answered and officers removed him. There was another person in the residence along with 21-year-old Tiffany Johnson. They advised officers there was also a small child, a toddler and an infant inside the home at the time as well.

After speaking with all three, it seemed the versions of events were nearly identical.

According to reports, Johnson is married to a veteran who is in Iraq and is coming home in a few weeks. However, she has been having an affair with Waters who just found out she is pregnant and has a sexually transmitted disease. When she informed Waters that she planned to have an abortion to avoid issues with her husband when he came home, an argument ensued. Johnson reportedly slapped Waters in the face at one point, and Waters allegedly pinned Johnson against a door and punched the door repeatedly, knocking a hole in it.

The two did not live together. Because Johnson was unable to find anyone to come and look after her three small children, and because Waters likely had a broken hand, both were released on citations for disorderly conduct, acting in a violent or tumultuous manner toward each other and using profane language in front of the three children.
