COVINGTON, Ga. – The Newton County Sheriff’s Office has released the booking photo for the 17-year-old arrested Tuesday for making threats against Newton High School.

According to NCSO spokesman Sgt. Michael Cunningham, Kishon Lee was taken into custody yesterday in south Fulton County by sheriff’s office investigators and U.S. Marshals after making threats against the school.

Cunningham said Lee is charged with terroristic threats and acts, stalking and disrupting a public school.
