A Flowery Branch man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly providing sexually explicit material to a person he believed was a 13-year-old female.

According to Lt. Mark Mitchell with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Peter Edward Naccaratto Jr. chatted with an investigator online thinking he was talking to a young girl, beginning in November of last year. The investigation culminated when Naccaratto reportedly exposed himself via Web cam.

He was arrested at his home and charged with the Computer Pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 2007, electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor and sexual exploitation of children.
