A 24-year-old mother was arrested after her toddler was found naked wandering around the parking lot of a motel at 4:30 a.m. Friday.

Authorities were contacted when the 2-year-old girl was found in the parking lot of the Days Inn motel on Alcovy Road, But it took roughly two hours to track down her mother, Crystal Gail Conner. She was charged with reckless conduct, child neglect and deprivation of a minor.

Room registration information allowed authorities to contact the child's grandmother who reportedly had no clue the toddler had been left alone.

Conner was arrested when she pulled into the parking lot of the motel at approximately 6:30 a.m.
