When Newton County officers responded to a suspicious call, the officer observed a black male in front of the garage door standing naked.

When the officer exited his vehicle, the man was putting on blue boxers and blue jeans. Holding his Taser as a precaution, the officer placed the man, Michael Keith Valentine, in hand restraints.

Terry Spicer, the complainant, stated that Valentine had knocked on the front door. When Spicer opened the door, Valentine repeated mumbled, "Illuminati is here." Spicer locked the door and called 911.

While waiting for the police, Spicer and his wife observed Valentine from an upstairs window. Valentine took off his clothes, began screaming and masturbating.

Valentine was arrested for indecent exposure.
