A Newton County man was taken into custody last Saturday after he peed on a taxicab and exposed himself to the taxi driver.
According to the taxi driver, the man got into the cab and complained that he had to urinate. The taxi driver instructed him to go back in the bar to relieve himself. However, the man exited the cab and proceeded to pee on the back, driver-side tire and quarter panel of the car.
The deputy made sure to note in his report that there was a "fresh puddle of urine on the pavement adjacent to the back, driver-side tire of the cab." Also, there was still urine "dripping from the quarter panel onto the pavement."
According the taxi driver and her husband, the man then got back into the cab and exposed himself to them.
