One man is being charged with rape and another is wanted for pimping after an incident Sunday.

According to Newton Sheriff's Office Lt. Keith Crum, the 32-year-old victim alleged that 57-year-old Marvin Cleo Jackson raped her and that 32-year-old Antonio Delantay West orchestrated it and was paid by Jackson. The woman is an acquaintance of West's and told authorities that he physically abused her and forced her to prostitute herself.

Jackson remains in the Newton County Jail and there is a warrant for the arrest of West for party to a crime - rape and pimping.
