Warrants have been obtained for the arrest of 23-year-old Kyle Nelson Callahan on charges of battery after a drunken fight at the Ozone Saturday night.

A man spoke to Covington Police officers Monday afternoon and reportedly told them Callahan had punched him in the eye Saturday night, causing a black eye and an eye socket fracture.

The victim told the officers that while at the bar Callahan had started to fall and he had placed his hand on Callahan’s back to keep him from falling to the floor. He told officers that when he did that Callahan yelled "don’t touch me!" and then struck him in the eye.

He said that friends (who were also witnesses to the incident) took him home and his wife took him to the hospital for treatment. A nurse contacted police who told him to file a report.
