Henry Eugene Glover Smith was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with the molestation of his girlfriend's 10-year-old daughter.

Officers from the Covington Police Department were called to an area near the Covington High Rise apartments where they met with the complainant. The victim, and her twin sister, had reportedly been taken to a neighbor's house and then to the High Rise, where the police were called. The alleged molestation did not take place at the High Rise.

Smith, 67, was charged with aggravated child molestation. Thus far, only one twin has disclosed of being inappropriately touched in a forensic interview.

There is also a charge pending out of Porterdale for child molestation as well for another sibling of the girl he is currently being charged with molesting.
