(May 19, 12:09 p.m.)Traffic on Interstate-20 eastbound is reportedly backed up near the Turner Hill Road exit, as of 11:40 a.m. An incident there was moved to the right shoulder and cleared before 10:30 a.m., according to Ga. DOT's Navigator website.
