Tropical Storm Warning issued for Newton County

COVINGTON, Ga. - The National Weather Service has upgraded Newton County to a Tropica Storm Warning. 

According to Newton County Emergency Management, a Tropical Storm Warning means tropical storm wind conditions are expected somewhere within this area and within the next 36 hours.
