Very promising: At the awards presentation on May 26, Bryan Ridarick of Covington was awarded the “Most Promising New Student” award for Visual Form & Content in Art Foundations in the Art Institute of Atlanta’s annual student exhibition, STARS. The judge for this year’s awards exhibition was Julian Cox, curator of photography at the High Museum of Atlanta. The exhibit is on view in the Janet S. Day Gallery at The Art Institute from May 19 through July 17.
