Students at the Montessori School of Covington are time-traveling again. As a conclusion for their study of the Middle Ages, the students presented dramatic readings, held a knights' tournament and shared authentic food from both the wealthy and poor classes.

Knights and damsels created their own costumes and wrote original tales of King Arthur's time. The menu included pease porridge, winter vegetable pottage, chicken maumeny, and rough hand-made cottage loaves of bread.
