The Newton County School System is reminding parents of the change in transportation for students who have exercised NCLB school choice. Bus transportation is no longer being provided. NCSS will reimburse the parent/guardians of the transportation cost to and from the school of choice. Reimbursements will occur on a quarterly basis.

Please call the NCSS central office at (770) 787-1330 to inform them of the school which you choose for your student. This information will provide a schedule for your student on the first day of school.
