As a student-centered institution, Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC) announced it is the first technical college within the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to sign a contract with Chicago-based Credentials Solutions for transcript processing.

“This initiative will make the transcript ordering process more efficient, while also helping to fulfill one of our five-year strategic goals — management excellence,” said Dr. Jabari Simama, President. “Credentials Solutions is the gold standard in transcript automation, so once again we have secured the best possible provider to serve our students and alumni,” concluded Dr. Simama.

The transcription system is a fully automated online service that is tailored to fit each institution’s policies and procedures, and provides a self-service platform for GPTC’s students and alumni.

“We chose Credentials Solutions because of their reduced processing time, 24-hour online ordering and outstanding customer service,” said Registrar Joana Blankson.

“The execution of this contract makes Georgia Piedmont the first technical college within TCSG to sign with Credentials Solutions, which is exciting,” she added.
