Two college systems recently signed an educational Memorandum of Understanding with Georgia National Guard, Oct. 9, 2015 at Georgia Perimeter College. The agreement will open up “quality educational opportunities for members of the guard and also allow both systems’ military outreach personnel access to National Guard posts across the state,” said Col. Kevin Berkman, director of personnel for the Georgia Army National Guard.
