Four of the finest: The Covington Police Department honored four of their finest Tuesday night with a retirement reception at 1138 Monticello Street. (from left) Captain Willie Davis, Captain Barney Anglin and Officer Oscar Rogers have a combined 92 years of service between them to the city. Not pictured is administrative assistant Chris Harrison who was honored for her 24 years of service. All retired in 2010.
