CONYERS, Ga. – A 23-year-old Covington man has been arrested in connection with the car theft from Ginn Motors last week.

According to a statement from the Covington Police Department, Tyree Joseph Tebo was found sleeping inside the stolen Mustang by a Conyers police officer and taken into custody.

CPD Public Information Officer Justin Stott said keys to other Ginn vehicles were found in the stolen car with Tebo. 

Tebo will be charged by Conyers PD with theft by receiving. He will be charged by Covington police with burglary, theft by taking and criminal damage to property.
