Officers responded to a report of copper theft at the Hebron World Church.

Pastor Mark Barratt stated that when he went to the rear of the church building, he noticed that three of the air conditioning units had been tampered with.

Upon inspecting the units, Barratt found that some of the copper wires to the three units had been cut off. Barratt also observed that a compressor had been taken from one of the units.

Barratt told the officers that two days earlier, he had seen a slim, tall black male walking out from the rear of the building. The unidentified male was wearing sagging blue jeans and had medium to short length hair and was carrying a black backpack.
