Toy patrol: Covington Police Department Cap. Craig Treadwell takes a local child shopping as part of the Shop with a Cop program, where law enforcement officials partner with the Department of Family and Children's Services to provide Christmas toys for several economically disadvantaged children in Newton County. Other CPD officers and GBI Agents helped children load their carts with holiday cheer.
