Covington police responded to a complaint of harassing calls, concerning a woman stating her husband threatened to kill her on Monday.

Shortly after CPD’s arrival, the victim’s phone rang and she put it on the speaker phone option. According to reports, the woman’s husband said, without provocation, “I’m going to kill you b***. I’m going to hunt you down. I’m going to get some camouflage and stalk you. When you walk to your car you’re gonna have to look out for me. I’m going to murder your whole family.”

Police learned the location of the threatening party, and were obtaining a warrant for terrorist threats, according to reports.
