COVINGTON, Ga. - As a "thank you" for their hard work, Kelley Johnston, owner of Bread and Butter Bakery, provided a full breakfast for City of Covington employees Tuesday morning.
Johnston said this is the first time the bakery has done any outreach like this. The bakery has been open less than a year in Covington.
She said she just wanted to make sure the workers knew how thankful she was for everything they did for the city during Tropical Storm Irma.
