The Pilot Club officially presented Chimney Park with a musical fence Tuesday.

The fence has been available for play for a while, being used by hundreds of children during Sunday's Twilights at Chimney Park.

The fence is designed to help children with special needs play on the musical pipes. The pipes are arranged randomly to help those with special needs hear for the different sounds.

"It was a project that Chimney Park needed," Ann Cargile of the Covington Pilot Club said. "IThe Pliot club stepped up with the fence."
