The Arts Association in Newton County welcomes all local artists/musicians to share information about your specific artistic genre or area of interest in the performing or fine arts.  As the umbrella organization of the arts, AANC attempt to assist local artists in promoting their art form, serving as a gateway for aspiring or established artists to share their talents with the community. The Arts Association in Newton County is a non-profit (501c3) arts organization, the largest of its kind east of Atlanta, between Atlanta and Augusta. Dedicated to the mission of encouraging youth and adults in the community to participate in the arts both as an audience and as artists, the Arts Association sponsors and presents a diverse arts series including performances and exhibits by Oxford Singing Children, Oxford Youth Singers, Covington Regional Ballet Company, The Community Band, True Colours Youth Art Exhibit and Creative Kids Camp.
