Blair on the Square Boutique, an upscale women’s apparel boutique, will open on the Covington Square, 1115 Church Street, in September.

The business, located next to the Irish Bred Pub, will cater to women who seek classical business apparel and casual wear, according to owner Angie Blair.

Blair on the Square will carry recognizable women’s clothing lines as well as unique gift items for men and homes, Blair said in a press release.

“As a woman, I know how hard it is to find fashionable, stylish apparel women can feel confident and comfortable in without traveling all the way to Atlanta,” Blair said. “Covington also seems to be the perfect market for entrepreneurs, and that’s why I chose to launch Blair on the Square Boutique here.

According to Blair, the store will emphasize fashionable, in-style clothing for women, but will offer lines for all ages and sizes.
The boutique will also offer fashionable and affordable jewelry, shoes, gifts and trends for men and homes.

Blair said she plans to expand the brand in the future, creating more jobs and contributing even more to the area’s local community.

“I want to provide outstanding customer service and a pleasant shopping experience close to home,” Blair said. “Everyone should feel boutique beautiful.”
