Clairon Metals Corporation is pleased to announce that Erica Arnett has been named Employee of the Year for 2014.

Ms. Arnett has been member of the Clairon team since September 2008 and currently works as an Operator / Trainer in Clairon’s robotic Mig weld department. She was selected as the recipient of the company’s monthly Recognition for Outstanding Customer Service award in March and was selected as Employee of the Year by members of Clairon’s executive staff.

Arnett is one of those employees who continuously demonstrates a high degree of initiative and is highly respected by her peers. According to the Clairon’s director of operations Mitch Allen, “Erica sets the example for other employees by her positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and her willingness to pitch in wherever she can.”

Arnett resides with her family in Shady Dale.
