U.S. Rep. Austin Scott (R-Macon) will be hosting his first ever town hall in Covington from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday at the Historic Courthouse.

Scott's District Director Stone Workman said Scott would spend the first 10 minutes of the town hall talking about the budget, then allow 40 minutes for questions and then spend the last 10 minutes with another wrap.

He's also going to host town halls and lunches in Jackson, Forsyth, Macon, Gray and Warner Robins Monday and Tuesday.
