Alumni from R.L. Cousins school gathered at the Georgia Wildlife Federation for a picnic of friendship and rememberance in honor of the school’s 50th reunion.

Classmates got a chance to reconnect with friends from the historic all-black school, which was in existence from 1957-1970 prior to integration in Newton County. The school served students from first through 12th grade.
