The Covington Fuzz Run saw hundreds of people running through the streets of Covington, for a good cause Saturday.

The Covington Police Department’s annual fund raiser featured a fun run and 5K race, starting and ending at the Conyers Street Gym. A fitness expo was also part of the festivities.

Brent Fields was the 5K race’s overall winner in a time of 16 minutes, 50 seconds. Tracey Ashall was the first female to cross the finish line, in 20:06.

Nine-year-old Cooper Cody was the overall winner of the 1-mile Fun Ru.
