Possible explosion causes power outage at airport

ATLANTA (AP) — Firefighters have been called to Atlanta's airport after reports of an apparent explosion at a maintenance shed.

Atlanta Fire Rescue spokeswoman Janet Ward says the Tuesday morning incident briefly shut down power to part of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Airport officials told the fire department that part of Concourse D was evacuated.

Few other details were immediately available.
