BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) — A Jesup man has been sentenced to 110 years in prison on child pornography production and distribution charges.

Stephen Keating was sentenced in federal court Tuesday on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and a count of transporting the pornography.

The Florida-Times Union  reports 53-year-old Keating became the target of an investigation in September 2012 after a sex offender was arrested on child porn charges in Denmark.

Authorities say the images were traced back to Keating and he was arrested soon after.

Prosecutors say Keating recorded and photographed himself molesting three children under the age of 12 between 2009 and 2011. U.S. Attorney's officials say he later distributed the images and videos.

Authorities have also said additional evidence showed Keating molested 12 other children without filming it.
