ATLANTA (AP) — Authorities are investigating after an Emory University student told police she was raped at a campus fraternity house by two fellow students.

The student told campus police the assault happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday and that both of the suspects involved were acquaintances. The student reported that the crime happened at the house belonging to the Gamma Upsilon chapter of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.

Emory spokeswoman Beverly Clark said Emory police and the university's Division of Campus Life are investigating. She said campus police executed a search warrant on Sunday for the fraternity house at 15 Eagle Row to gather potential evidence.
