COVINGTON, Ga. - The Covington Woman’s Club has elected member Lindsey Moore as their 2019-2020 president.

Moore is a 10-year Covington resident and owner of Moxie Fitness. She has been honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016 from the Newton Citizen Newspaper, and in 2018 she was recognized as an honoree in the Covington News “40 Under 40" magazine, recognizing the most influential people under the age of 40 in Newton County. “I’m extremely excited to serve this club and our community,” Moore said. “My goals for this year are to increase membership and get our club out into the community again so we can do what we love. You’ll be seeing a lot more of us very soon.”

The Club also elected Former President Nancy Brown at vice president, Dianna Saltzgiver as secretary and Billie Hester as treasurer.
