COVINGTON, Ga. - Two local doctors are betting it out to see who will win this Saturday's in-state rivalry game between the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.

Dr. Jamie Adams, of Covington Family Chiropractic, and Dr. Kristian Shriver, of Animal Medical of Covington, have a friendly bet going challenging each other with the outcome of this game.

Adams, a "rabid Georgia Tech fan," said her husband attended the school and has become a fan through him. Shriver, "an equal fan of the Bulldogs," has two degrees from the University of Georgia.

"The bet is simple," Shriver said. "Loser has to wear the other team's jersey and make a nominal donation to a charity."

The game is scheduled for 12 p.m. Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium. It will be aired on ABC.
