Crystal Johnson Dooley of Covington announces the engagement of her daughter Erin Hart to Nathan Herron of Macon, son of Wayne and Jean Herron of Martin.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Virginia and the late Thomas A. Johnson of Covington and Eileen Chrisope and the late Kelley Sentell of Lawrenceville. She is a graduate of North Georgia Technical College and is employed as a nurse with East Metro OB/GYN Specialists.

The future groom is the grandson of Mary and the late J.C. Herron of Toccoa and Grace and the late H.L. Gable of Canon. He is employed with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The wedding will be Nov. 22 in Athens.
