Ms. Teri F. O’Kelley of Covington announces the engagement of her daughter Jamie Elise Harper to Brett Thomas Wiggins of Monroe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wiggins of Loganville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Florence of Booneville, N.C. She is a graduate of Newton County High School and will graduate in June from DeKalb Technical College with a degree in accounting. She is employed with Newton Federal Bank.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Grover Day Sr. of Loganville and Mrs. Rose Wiggins and the late Mr. William Herschel Wiggins of Senioa. He is a graduate of Covenant Christian Academy and of Gwinnett Technical College with an associate degree as a networking specialist. He is employed with Volume Transportation as the Information Technology Manager.

The wedding will be June 20 at Gaithers Plantation.
