Wanda Daniel of Stockbridge and Bill Dusenberry of Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter Samantha Leann Dusenberry of Stockbridge to Jeffrey Lee Banks of Covington, son of Jeff and Laurie Banks of Covington.

The bride-elect is attending Georgia Perimeter College of Dunwoody studying dental hygiene and will graduate in May 2011.

The future groom is the grandson of Tommy and Mary Banks of Covington and the grandson of Dorothy Crowe and the late James Crowe of Covington. He is a graduate of Newton High School and is employed with Southern Pipe and Supply Company in Conyers.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 17.
