Covington man wins big through Shane's Rib Shack

Derrek Bowman, of Covington, is the proud winner of a large Big Green Egg Grill from Shane’s Rib Shack.

In early March the Shane’s revealed the winners of its Holiday Wait & Win customer loyalty promotion and Bowman was one of the lucky winners.

Other prizes included a Camero, $25,000 cash and a $10,000 dream trip. The winners were selected at random from more than 88,000 entrants nationwide.

In addition to the Wait & Win campaign, Shane’s Rib Shack hosts several giveaways throughout the year to recognize and celebrate its customer base.

The American rib shack will host its eighth annual Rib Giveaway on Saturday, April 29, a customer appreciation event that kicks off BBQ season. The first 101 guests at participating locations will receive a free half rack of slow-smoked baby back ribs, a 20-ounce beverage and special edition Numbered Rib Giveaway t-shirt.

The next Holiday Wait & Win promotion will begin in December 2017.
