 Nathan and Brandy Lazenby of Covington announce the birth of their son Avery Lawson Lazenby Jan. 9 at Rockdale Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds and was 19.5 inches long.

 Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Jenny Chambliss of Eatonton. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Donna Lazenby of Covington. Sister of the newborn is Ashleigh Lazenby.
