Want to know how you can tell that spring has sprung in the ATL? The Atlanta Dogwood Festival. For 77 years people have been wandering around the city, faces turned to the sun like they had forgotten what warm weather felt like, buying crafts and food served on a stick. If it was good enough for your grandparents then it’s good enough for you! There’s music, food, crafts, people with dogs, probably some hipster Frisbee golf – what’s not to like? This weekend is supposed to be lovely in Atlanta, so get outside and eat a Funnel Cake, have a beer, listen to Sara Evans and buy some art made out of PBR tabs. Plus, it’s free to wander around and listen to the music – you don’t have to spend any money if you don’t want, which is awesome, but impossible. Good luck trying.
