Mr. Carl Sauerbrey of McDonough and Jeff and Jennifer McInvale of Griffin announce the engagement of their daughter Krystin Nicole of McDonough to Charles Heath Cowan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jabo Cowan of Covington.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Erich and Janet Sauerbrey of Decatur and Susan Clark of Gainesville and Michael Goddard of Gainesville. She is a graduate of Luella High School, McDonough, and is an instructor/trainee with Luella Stables.

The future groom is the grandson of the late T.P. and Marion Hudson and the late Rev. Charles and Rachael Cowan. He is a graduate of Eastside High School and is employed as an electrician with Ga. Specialties, Atlanta.

The couple plans to wed May 2 at 4 p.m. at Crosspoint Church, Byrd Road, Oxford. Friends and family are invited.
