Mr. and Mrs. Joe Chandler of Madison announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter Jessie Chandler to Brandon Phillips of Eatonton. The bride-elect is a graduate of Eastside High School, and is attending pharmacy school at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy, graduating with a doctorate of pharmacy.

The future groom is a graduate of A.P. Brewer High School, Somerville, Ala. He works for Georgia Power at Plant Branch in Milledgeville.

The wedding is July 24 at Charlie Elliott. The couple will honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and will reside in Eatonton.
