Amanda and Craig Farison and Lynn Sinclair are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carly Louise Sinclair, to Joseph Russell Brown, son of Joe and Huanne Brown of Covington.

Carly's grandparents are the late Louise and Sam Fant of Columbia, South Carolina and Hortence and the late Melvin Sinclair of Union, South Carolina. Joseph's grandparents are the late Geneva and Huie Moore of Covington, Georgia and Jackie and the late Ray Brown of Oxford, Georgia.

Carly went to the University of Georgia and is an operations analyst at Grant Thornton LLP, and Joseph attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and recieved his Master's of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Joseph works at Cornerstone Investment Partners as a partner and head trader.

The wedding is scheduled for mid-April of this year in Atlanta.
